If you have plans of getting a new TV, washing machine, or any appliance, don’t go heading toward Pasay Road for Anson’s. Anson’s now has a new location, and it’s between Shangri-la Hotel Makati and The Landmark Department Store.

Signs are everywhere that texting is the new technology:
1. the SIM cards have become super cheap at Php35.
2. all unlitext or alltext promos for only Php10 you can have 100 text messages for free
3. loading pre-paid accounts through ATM cards or credit cards
4. share a load and pasa load through cellphones
5. loading from your suking tindahan
6. and now this:
Loading has definitely been made easy through it.
These machines are found in the De la Rosa Car Park, Makati.
There are two stores here in the metro that have been enjoying brisk sales year round. There is not a day that I don’t see these stores idle.
I think they’re off peak hours is only in the first hour of every day. 😀

A red light stopped our shuttle at De la Rosa corner Paseo de Roxas this morning. We were right at the back of The Enterprise building. The spot was busy with pedestrians and vehicles.
From the corner of my right eye, I saw a couple flagging down a taxi. Knowing the notorious cab drivers in the metro, who refuse passengers on a whim, I watched the scene, curious how it would go.
The guy opened the passenger door and found himself pleading with the driver. As I expected, the cab driver turned the guy down.
So whether you’re a frequent cabber or not, watch out for this cab.

Jollibee, perhaps the most popular fastfood chain in the country, is starting to accept major credit cards for purchases.
Yes. I saw this photo-announcement at Jollibee Phil-First Building, Ayala Avenue, Makati. If other outlets are also doing the same, I have yet to find out.
