Soon this building will be among the sites to behold in Makati City. Yes, that’s an artist’s rendering of the Raffles Suites & Residences that will soon rise at the corner of Makati and Arnaiz (formerly Pasay Road) Avenues as reported in Philippine Star (June 13, 2008, p. H-3).
