Sunnies Café

A Quick Check on Sunnies Café

My college barkada, D, and I set our regular dinner meetup the other day. She suggested Sunnies Café at Bonifacio High Street.

I got excited because I have again a new place to check out. And boy, Sunnies Café didn’t disappoint me! As soon as I enter, I am greeted by a cool yellow mixed with nude colors, quite like sunshine actually, lol!

Of course, the clincher is the food. Well, the ones we ordered were superbly yummy, except for the matcha drink I got which I find lacking the matcha or green tea tangy flavor. I prefer a more umami-rich matcha.

SunniesCafe Crispy Tacos

Mocktail Recipes with May Sparkling Juice

Say ‘Yes’ to May Sparkling Juice 6-Ingredient Mocktail Recipes to Fuel the Holiday Fun

November is birthday-filled month in our family: three birthdays, in fact, so, celebrations are in order. That will mean food and drinks.

In preparing for party food, I always make it a point that I serve something exciting, which could mean a new recipe or a new cuisine, each time. But come to think of it, I seldom think of a more exciting drink to serve. It’s always the basic soda or fruit juice, or the ready-to-drink wine or beer. I haven’t tried attempting to make a cocktail or mocktail, or even the simple fruit punch.

I want to try out making a drink this time. I have two teenage sons and mocktails would be perfect.

So, I got excited when May Sparkling Juice shared with me mocktail recipes with me. Serving mocktails allow a more inclusive atmosphere that are insanely satisfying but totally liquor-free.

A mocktail is a perfect party refresher that will put all your guests in the holiday fun and festive spirit. It’s ideal to serve for all reason or occasion. And these almost effortless recipes will encourage you to Say Yes to May today.
